Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your candle’s journey right to your doorstep.
We hope you love your Cavalla Studios purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our return policy:
Return Window:
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If your candles are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
